Us Aid in Tajikistan

There’s a lot of US Aid goods being recycled in Tajikistan. I’m not sure if they were given to Tajikistan or Afghanistan but it’s nice to see my tax dollars at work in this part of the world.
US Aid goods container. It’s a planter, no, a wall, no…wait, it’s a table…a window…it can be fricking ANYTHING!
I also saw a bag sewn out of an old Us Aid rice sack inside a Kyrgyz nomad family’s yurt in Tajikistan. I wonder if it’s just recycling or if those are like “designer bags?”
