    That’s because they need to put the cash bribes out there on the chairs apparently, then they’ll be okay. :-P

    I’m impressed with my new neighborhood’s chairs, actually. There’s very few plastic lawn chairs… it’s mostly old broken chairs with way more personality. The picture on the top left has a chair, box and backpack saving the spot.
