That’s because they need to put the cash bribes out there on the chairs apparently, then they’ll be okay.
I’m impressed with my new neighborhood’s chairs, actually. There’s very few plastic lawn chairs… it’s mostly old broken chairs with way more personality. The picture on the top left has a chair, box and backpack saving the spot.
