The co-author of “100 Things to Do Before You Die,” Dave Freeman, died two weeks ago at the age of 47. Here’s a short article. Perhaps this will help to persuade those of you putting off a RTW until you have more money, more time or fewer commitments that life is short.

Hey Megan – I tried the link to the article but it pulled up a page not found error. I thought of you today after reading The Daily Candy Travel. They might be interested in your website and spectacualar photography. http://www.dailycandy.com/travel/

I hope all is well! -Ann

    Fixed!

Ann, I think I’ve seen that before. I’ll take a look around… There’s actually a woman named Malena basing her RTW on candy right now. She commented on my last post. I know Daily Candy isn’t about candy tourism but I thought of Malena’s trip when I saw the title.

… the link is definitely working…

How unfortunate! That article is a reminder to get going on whatever your dreams may be. Thanks for the link.

I just think of all the middle management types that buy those types of books for gifts and figure they have time…

Indeed, life is short for some, but as someone once said: life is not measured in years we live, but in moments we will remember.
